My personal pathway has travelled from market research and consulting through change management and leadership to innovation, organisational development and running my own business.     As our senior leadership group embarked on a transformative journey, we sought an executive leadership facilitator who could guide us toward cohesion, empowerment, and autonomy.

    Grounded in the principles of Patrick Lencioni’s ‘Five Dysfunctions of a Team,’ we aimed to break old habits and forge a fresh path in how we worked together.
